YOUR ROLE:
Manage processes and communications with customers (internal and external) through multiple channels
Prioritize tasks in order to supply superior service to all key accounts
Resolve crisis situations while not jeopardizing customer relationships
Manage the order process for multiple business groups with various and service rules
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Industrial Engineering are preferred but other Business-related courses are also considered
Preferably with at least one (1) year related work experience in Order Management and Supply Chain
Knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) are required while SAP knowledge is a plus
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Willing to work on a night shift 9PM - 6AM schedule, following US holidays
