Job Description
To contribute service cost reduction thru implementation of non-contact meter collection
To convert of MIF from Visit to Non-Visit method for Meter reading
To process consolidated MRs, encode and transmit for billing and run RPA
To achieve revenue target thru timely submission and completion of meter collection summary.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
