CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF
 
Responsibilities:
Responsible for queries and the reservation and  as to transportation arrangements either by Client or Broker;
Handles all reservations and correspondence accurately and neatly
Compute Client's equity and loanable amount;
Inform Clients on the Company's policy on equity payments, documents compliance, processing of loan application, when to occupy and etc.
Follow up Client's documents and Postdated Checks
Cancel reservation if noncompliance of documents and non-submission of PDCs
Knows how to handle complaints efficiently and ask for assistance when needed;
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the management (multi-tasking).
Qualifications:
With pleasing, outgoing, positive personality
Graduate of any 4-year business course.
Competent, honest, hardworking and eager to learn
Computer literate
Good communication skills
Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure
