Job Duties:
Assist client's concern and coordinate to technician
Identify and respond to client needs
Respond to queries via chat, email, or phone
Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services
With good communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Must have above 2-year related work experience: preferably in the construction industry
Keen to details and has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
People management and Highly Organized
