The Opportunity
Our client, a toy company that specializes in outdoor play activities based in Sydney, is looking for a Customer Service / Sales Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Manila to deliver exceptional support and customer service.
Responsibilities
Taking all queries from beginning to end - It may come by phone, email, online, or social media sources.
Providing support and troubleshoot working with transport carriers, third-party warehouse team as well as local and overseas colleagues.
Processing of orders and in time become a product expert.
Providing help with the onshore team in other functions of the business such as marketing, sales support, order processing, and ad hoc.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in Customer support or sales
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience in excel, data entry, and SAP is an advantage
Passionate in delivering exceptional customer service at all opportunities
Results-driven and team player
