We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE willing to challenge themselves and others to achieve results. - 70% Back Office, 30% Calls
- Graveyard Shift
- Fixed weekends off
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Can handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiry
- Perform customer verification
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated Department or personnel
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required
- Good English communication skills both oral and written
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of G Suite and relevant computer applications
- A high degree of initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
- A team player and can motivate other team members
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Background in a logistics account or any related industry is a plus
