Duties:
Handle Outbound outreach calls to patients
Manage Inbound support calls from clients
Tracking and Documentation of patient records
Retrieve patient records and reports
Assist in coordinating with doctor's clinics and insurance providers for approval of patient services
Qualifications:
HS Graduate, College Graduate/ Under Grad with at least 1-year BPO Experience
At least 6 months experience with a Healthcare account (advantage but not required)
Excellent English Communication and Comprehension Skills
Active Listening Skills
Able to multitask and keen to details
Computer savvy with MS Windows expertise
Has a positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and keep up with frequent process updates
