To deliver quality customer service by providing accurate information through incoming calls, outgoing calls & email correspondence
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, service queries and general concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and establish a positive working relationship with colleagues.
Update customer information in customer system database.
Pacify and resolve complaints.
Report to management any unusual or fraudulent reports from customers.
Work with management team to update product and/or service knowledge of any changes in company policies.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): Detailed, Result Oriented, Good moral and communication, Good Analytical and Problem Solving.
