Job Description (including but not limited to):
- offer full range of customer service to employer and clients
- handle inquiries with questions related to the website's product and process
- resolve and analyze customer opinions / complaints and proactively follow up with related departments
- with CS experience or Forex knowledge would be preferable but not a requirement
Eligibility:
1 - 2 years experience in customer service in a fast-paced and growing industry is preferred.
Able to speak, read write and type fluently in English language
Superior organizational, problem solving, people skill and multi-tasking abilities.
Passionate about building functional and engaging customer experiences.
Development and maintenance of internal and external customer relationships.
High degree of adaptability and flexibility to change.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet savvy.
Self-motivated, strong initiative, analytical individual with an attention-to-details, who strives in a dynamic, deadline driven environment.
Works well in a team environment with colleagues at all levels.
Open and willing to learn attitude
