We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. Your main role is to assist members over the phone with their healthcare-related concerns such as benefits, claims, and account inquiries. You will provide clear and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats related to healthcare services
Assist members or policyholders with inquiries regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and coverage
Provide accurate and complete information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
Document all interactions and transactions in the system accurately and efficiently
Follow established processes, compliance guidelines, and privacy standards
Escalate complex issues or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department
Maintain excellent customer service and meet performance targets such as quality, accuracy, and productivity
Qualifications:
College Graduate (with or without experience)
Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO/customer service experience
Above-average English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge in MS Office and computer navigation
Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
