Does the idea of a growing international company established in the Philippines put a smile on your face? A promising player in the multi-level company with an incredible product is looking for customer service representatives to join the Customer Care team. The Customer Care Support Specialist will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer and member-related issues.
The Customer Care Representative responds to customer and members' questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding products, compensation plan, delivery, payments, promotional campaigns, claims, and complaints.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions
Open to operates a program to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities, and changes in the database
Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer and members' requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. • Provides external and internal customers with requested information.
Required to meet department goals
Requires some college diploma or equivalent; up to 1 year of previous experience in a customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Healthcare or sales knowledge is an advantage

Customer Service and ability to handle problems
Basic Software Skills
Empathy and discretion
Data Entry (1 year of experience is preferred)
Call Center Experience is a big advantage but CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST (Minimum 2 years)
Positive attitude
Flexibility on working schedule
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Experience level
Salary depends on experience and skills.
Must be willing to take drug test and NBI clearance.
Must be willing to work at Galleria Corporate Center, Edsa Corner, Ortigas Avenue, Quezon City
Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
