Qualifications:
At least high school (old curriculum), senior high school level
College-level and graduates are encouraged to apply!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English or Spanish)
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Knowledgeable of basic computer processes
Willing to work on-site.
Willing to work full-time.
Willing to undergo training.
Willing to start immediately.
Job Description:
Receive and answer inbound calls.
Make outbound calls (whenever applicable)
Send messages to clients via chat/email (whenever applicable)
Handle customer requests, issues, and/or concerns.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Process payments and returns (whenever applicable).
