JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Representative manages customer queries and complaints. You will process orders and modifications and escalate complaints across other departments.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides technical support for the sales department like assisting the team and looking for leads thru websites and directories.
Sourcing of new leads thru search engines.
Support inside-sales function like getting B2C orders from captive customers.
Accelerate the efficacy and productivity of the sales process.
Provide support to the management team in connection with the sales department like:
Consolidating and preparing progress reports.
Completion of required documents prior to the start of deliveries to new clients (i.e. routing of documents, SOP, CIS, and the likes with signatures.
Responsible for performing clerical duties like:
Consolidation of the demand data from the Account Executives.
Completing reports like creating a demand library.
Emailing AE's required sales proposals and quotations for prospective customers.
carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and office communications.
Recordkeeping responsibilities:
Including sales reports.
Electronic databases.
Filings of customer's individual folders:
Prospectus
SOP - Standard Operating Procedure
CIS - Customer Information Sheet
Quotations
Business permits of clients and other pertinent documents.
Plan meetings and ensure that sales representatives in the field are in contact.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree any course
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support
