Generate sales leads
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them.
Ensuring that your workspace remains tidy and that you are equipped with all relevant tools and resources.
Qualifications:
SHS graduate / College graduates / College undergraduates are welcome to apply
At least 6 months of experience in customer service representative
Willing to work on-site at C. Raymundo, Pasig City
Amenable to shifting schedule
Work location: Legaspi St., 401 C. Raymundo Ave, Maybunga, Pasig
