Job Customer Service Representative
WHO ARE WE?
Founded in 2016 and now with over 250 employees, Curogram is a leading provider of HIPAA compliant texting that helps optimize the front desk of medical offices.
The founder and CEO, Shayan Nafisi, a former senior back-end engineer of Skype Inc., the co-founders, Dr. Ali Khazaeizadeh, the owner of Vital Urgent Care, and Michael Hsu, who was previously affiliated with Morgan Stanley as their M&A Analyst.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data entry but can do voice tasks depending on the need
Coordinate with the supervisor for unfamiliar concerns.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Tech-savvy
Proficient in Excel
Good verbal and written English
With at least 1 year of BPO experience, should be okay with doing admin task.
