Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
· Handling inquiries from customers online
· Providing basic product information and assisting in generating sales, processing returns and issuing receipts
· Assisting in resolving order/product complaints and escalating issues when necessary
· Communicating with warehouse and other internal partners
· Improving customer service procedures and policies
· Measuring customer satisfaction and working to targets
· Reporting on performance
Job requirements/ Skills:
· Graduate of any Business course or other related courses
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
