We are a Virtual Assistant company, and we are looking for candidates with customer service experience to place with an answering service for auto dealerships in the US. We currently have 20+ VAs working for them, so we know it's a very stable position.
The primary goal of the position is to provide great service to the customer calling the dealership and setting an appointment for them to get their car worked on.

Job Description:
• Using cutting-edge technology, we route incoming sales and/or service calls from a dealership automatically to our platform. Once transferred, a professional (yourself) will answer calls, and will rapidly schedule service appointments. No Sales or Cold Calling.
• Very thorough and paid training provided.
• A high attention to detail, service orientation and schedule adherence is required.
Requirements:
1. Excellent English.
2. CSR experience.
3. Good Attendance Record.
4. Available and quiet workspace during US business hours.
