Customer Service Representative
JobResponsibilities:
•Investigate customer's problems and find ssolutions.
•Communicate with customers via LiveChat,email,phone.
•Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff
•Complete the documentation necessary to track provide rissues and facilitate the reporting ofo verall trends
•Isolate and identify areas of improvements.
•Responsible to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation,where lunch and breaks are scheduled,with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule,and workover-time and/or weekends,holidays,as needed
(9am-18pm/15pm-00am/00am-9am)
JobRequirements:
•Familiarity with computer and WindowsPC applications,which includes the ability to navigate and learn new
and complexc omputer system applications
Chat support representatives need to drive the conversation to make sure issues are resolved quickly,with idea that can be able to do multitasking while getting answer
•Have your own laptop or computer for work
