JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Answering customer's all concerns and updates order's status.
-Make sure to give satisfactory shop service for a high rates outcome.
-Reports all customers concerns to superiors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
-at least 2 years in college
-must be good in communicating and has experience as satisfactory customer service representative.
-has patience to serve customer's concerns.
--responsible and focus at work for quantity and quality outcome.
-must be fast and can do multi-tasking
-can easily learn about company products and operations.
