> HS Graduate = at least 6 months BPO experience needed
> SHS Graduate / 2 years at College at least / College Graduate = No BPO experience needed
> With above-average communication skills
> Willing to work on-site on shifting schedules
> Willing to work on holidays, weekends, and split-offs
