Qualifications:
College level / College Degree
Working in an online lending company with same position is preferred
Strong ability of communication, analysis and judgement as well as organization and coordination
Duties:
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
