The Job
You will be responsible for :
Receiving, processing, and entering incoming orders as well as updating customer records in database
Resolving problems and directly unresolved ones to the responsible parties, ensuring timely follow up when necessary
Performing due diligence on customer inquiries through oral/written communication.
Maximising customer orders by upselling additional products that are relevant to the customers' needs.
Responding to customer correspondence as applicable.
Tracking customer orders using the UPS system.
Retrieving voice mail and following up with customers.
Supporting other duties that will help accomplish company or department objectives.
The Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B sales/ account management or Customer Service role, ideally within the Electronics industry.
You are able to develop an acute knowledge of transit/ shipping methods
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
