JOB SUMMARY
To deliver quality customer service by providing accurate information through incoming calls, outgoing calls, email and social media correspondence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, service queries and general concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and establish a positive working relationship with colleagues.
Update customer information in customer system database.
Pacify and resolve complaints.
Report to management any unusual or fraudulent reports from customers.
Work with management team to update product and/or service knowledge of any changes in company policies.
Complete daily activities, achieve monthly goals and targets set by the department.
If needed, conduct sales invoice checking and customer call outs to confirm delivery.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
With experience - Solid one (1) years Customer Service experience in a single company. Completed two (2) years in College and/or at least 96 units in college.
With at least one (1) year Customer Service Experience.
Face to face customer service experience is an advantage.
Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem solving and decision making skills, self-management and self-motivated.
Good in customer problem analysis, relation builder and good with acknowledgement using sympathy and empathy statements.
Critical thinking skills, negotiation skill, problem solving skills and well articulate.
Knows how to respond to customers by using appropriate acknowledgment statements (customer service style of response).
People oriented and result driven, team player, willing to learn and applies learning techniques
Ability to work under pressure, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, keeps confidential information in confidence.
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Knowledgeable in Customer Records Management Tools (optional)
