JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Receives and processes sale orders via online, phone or email
• Ensures the accuracy of orders
• Serves as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, order update and deliveries
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a solid customer service experience
