Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner, interact with customer on a variety of channel such as phone, email and social media and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.-Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.-follow communication procedure, guidelines and policies.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors Degree of any related course
With at least 6 months experience as Customer Service preferably in a Game Industry/Ecommerce Platform.
