 Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office
Job Description:
 Help customers with complaints and questions, mostly in chat
 Provide customers accurate, valid and complete information about products and services
 Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Salary:  negotiable
