Job Customer Service Representative
BIZWIZ BUSINESS CONSULTANCY is in urgent need of:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications:
 Age between 20-35 years old
 Gender: Male and Female
* FLUENT IN ENGLISH
 Can speak Mandarin is advantage but not required
 Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office
Job Description:
 Help customers with complaints and questions, mostly in chat
 Provide customers accurate, valid and complete information about products and services
 Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Salary:  negotiable
