Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in generating more sales/ revenue through telemarketing and booking solicitation by calling customers everyday and join sales call.
2. Handle customer inquiries received through telephone and/or mail and resolve customer complaints and respond promptly.
3. Communicate and coordinate with branches/ agents and other department the day to day shipment requirements and other related services to ensure that customer's needs are met.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of any Business/ Management or other related courses
-Proficient in Windows- based applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) including database management
- Good written and oral communication skills
-Adept in numeric analysis, detail oriented & improvement-oriented
-Possesses organization & time management skills
-Willing to be assigned in Paranaque City
-Must be available ASAP
