Medical Concierge Hotline Customer Service Reps (2-3 slots)
● Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel, and messaging platforms
● Handles and triages incoming calls
● Answers inquiries and provides quotes for services
● Dispatches medical or other personnel to address the caller's request
● Triages calls to a Medical Concierge Nurse or Medical Doctor as needed
● Follows up and sends test results
● Coordinates billing and collections
● 8 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week
