Qualifications:

With 2 to 3 years in similar role
Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Know how to communicate with the Logistics Service Provider do follow up and strictly monitoring the movement of shipment from point to point.
Job Description:
• Customer service representatives respond to customer inquiries regarding problems with a company's products or services. They do so by way of phone, e-mail, fax and face-to-face meetings.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
