3 years above of experience in the field
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.
· Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
· Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
· Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Strong PC skills including experience in working with multiple systems
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
· Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
· Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
· Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email
· Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
· Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have
Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities
· Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Requirements
Qualification:
Natural drive to provide superior customer service
High levels of reliability and accountability
· Able to achieve a balance of quality with productivity working towards KPI's
· Exceptional written, verbal and listening skills - multi-tasking is key!
· Attention to detail - ability to efficiently and accurately capture customer information
· Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers
· Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
· Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
NOTE: Seasonal/Project Based - To be extended based on performance.
Package deal is at PhP 25,000 basic salary and 3,495 non-taxable allowance.
