Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Candidate should have excellent command over English - fluency in spoken English, customer service skills and high energy levels
Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must have a strong tolerance to pressure in a highly dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and features from the perspective of the customer
Familiarity with MS Office.
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule and on graveyard shift
Must have a computer/laptop and a strong internet connection at home to facilitate online screening and work from home arrangements when hired.
In line with current Covid-19 health risk issue, we will prioritize applicants who can work remotely/independently at home with minimal instructions from supervisors and IT Dept.
