A worldwide distributor of chemicals is looking for a resilient and organized Customer Service Representative to join their continuously growing team!
Duties and responsibilities include:
Attend to customer and clients regarding inquiries (taking orders and handling complaints in a professional manner, etc.)
Build and maintain harmonious business relationship
Monitor pricing and conditions of products for selling
Provides solutions to order-to-cash process problems to clients and customers
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer's needs with proper documentation
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Procurement.
Qualifications and skills required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management, Marketing and/or Mass Communications
2 years experience in Administration, Customer Service, Sales and Procurement experience
Knowhow in Shipping and Logistics, Business Operations and Processing Procedures
Proficient in using MS Office Applications and SAP
Willing to work in Makati City.
