Our CSRs:
Assists customers via chat, email and phone
Solves customers' concerns in a timely and friendly manner
Provide the best customer experience at all times
If you have what it takes and meet the requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good computer literacy (eg. Word, Excel)
At least 21 years old
Amenable to shifting schedule
6 months of contact centre experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
