Can work from home country for now but will need to report to Philippines Office when travel is safe and permissible
- offer full range of customer service to employer and clients
- handle inquiries with questions related to the website's product and process
- resolve and analyze customer opinions / complaints and proactively follow up with related departments
- with CS experience or Forex knowledge would be preferable but not a requirement
Eligibility:
- able to speak, read, write and type fluently in English
- flexible to schedule 【5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day (+1 lunch break)】
