Job Description
Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service.
Assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.
Build and maintain business relationship with clients and suppliers by providing prompt and accurate service, to promote customer's loyalty and suppliers' goal achievement.
Job Qualification
Two (2) years minimum of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Marketing, or Communications
Professional phone etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
