· Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Queries
o agents must make a continual effort to respond to customers as quickly as possible
o carefully analyze customer's question or complaint before following protocol in order to resolve the issue or answer the question
· Document Issues and Resolutions
o agents must thoroughly document each customer's question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
o Front end and Back end systems must be updated correctly after each interaction with a client
· Learn About New Products and Services
o agents must make an effort to remain up to date on all the products and services that their organization offers
o agents must learn about new products and services through regular trainings & assessments
· Develop Customer Service Solutions
o as first point of contact with customers, agents may be asked and are to provide suggestions which will be consolidated by their Team Leader and will be assessed monthly to improve the organizations customer service
· Identify Product Problems & Website Errors
o agents who receive multiple queries about the same issues regarding item problems/website errors or any concerns regarding the organization must report the issue to their superior for solution as quickly as possible
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Php15,000.00 to Php16,000.00 /month
