CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
ASSIGN IN MANILA & LAS PINAS CITY BRANCH
Job Functions:
Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service
Answer calls from customers / consignee
Addressing customer concerns and queries regarding balikbayan boxes
Preparing DR and other documentation
Prepare weekly reports
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree
With experience as Customer Service Representative an advantage
Strong customer service orientation
Dynamic and self motivated
Can work with less supervision
Computer Literate
Can start immediately
