Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing superior customer service by finding solutions, providing information and following up with customer inquiries through telephone and email.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service
Receive incoming calls regarding customer service and general inquires
Ability to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Make sure all calls are documented in call logs
Answer the phone within three (3) rings; reply to all email inquires
Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise
Answer questions and provide information on Canada Computers' policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communication skills, and customer service skills
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
Must have the ability to quickly resolve issues over the phone
Ability to type 30wpm
Physical ability to sit for extended periods of time
