Responds to customers with an appropriate level of urgency
Demonstrates effective listening skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible in answering queries on the following touchpoints:
Facebook Messenger
Instagram Direct Messages
Mobile Application
Monitor drop calls via email and endorse to Medical Operations for outbound call (OBC)
Check daily business email and forward to concerned Department
Monitor business email addresses and check if all medical queries have been called back
Monitor SMS callback requests and endorse to Medical Operations for OBC
Handle voice recordings from Steerage project
Generate LOA for Generali patients endorsed by Medical Operations and send to corresponding patient
Send post consultation survey to endorsed patient by Medical Operations
