Job Description
Answering customers' inquiries regarding brand's products and services through calls, emails and chat.
Provide total customer satisfaction by resolving service problems clarifying customer complaints and give the best resolution.
Handles customer inquiry, complain, new products, item availability, delivery status and customer returns update.
Recommend potential products based on customer needs.
Act as Customer Service Chat Support in FB, IG, Lazada and Shopee.
Preparing reports related to customers' inquiries, feedback, complaints and resolutions.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least College level.
At least 1 year of working experience as customer service.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Preferably, with experience as Customer Service chat support in E-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
Good phone handling and active listening skills.
Able to do multi-tasking and manage time effectively.
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Customer oriented and will be able to adapt and respond to different types of customer's character.
Flexible working hours.
