How you'll make an impact
Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Handle in-bound/out-bound calls to set up and address appointment inquiries and confirm receipt of invoices billed
Consistent documentation of all calls accurately
Send invoice copies through email or fax as needed or as requested by the client/s
Timely distribution of emails to all parties requiring assistance
Constant demonstration of a positive attitude on every call
What you need to succeed
- Two years of BPO experience required
- Excellent English Verbal/Written Communication Skills
- Computer savvy with moderate knowledge of excel
- Analytical skills
- Ability to fact find in the System of Record
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
- Experience with Outbound Collections or Healthcare is a plus!
- Amendable to a flexible schedule onsite in Ortigas
