Job Descriptions
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Processing forms, applications, and requests.
Overseeing the customer service team.
Keeping track of the team's performance, and improving it.
Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.

Job Qualifications
Proven customer support experience
Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company.
At least College graduate of any associate or 4 year degree program
Experience:
Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
