Job Descriptions
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Job Qualifications
At least 1-2 years experience as a customer service representative in a BPO company
Experience as chat/email support is preferred
Knowledge on Shopee and Lazada chat
Must have basic knowledge in Google Docs and Google Sheets
Experience:
