Job Customer Service Representative
Non Negotiable must haves:
- 3-5+ years of experience for Travel
- 2-3+ years of experience for Hotels
- Residing in Metro Manila or nearby provinces
- Must have at least 3 yrs Sabre, Apollo and/or Amadeus GDS experience (non-negotiable)
- Reservation System Knowledge for Hotels (i.e. Opera)/ Knowledge with Hotel Bookings
Other Requirements:
- Good Communication Skills
- Must possess Customer Obsession
- takes accountability
- goes over and beyond for customer
- can work under pressure and independently
- technical skills, GDS savvy
- empathetic, good listener
- versatile and inquisitive
- can work in a fast-pacing environment
- With internet connection not lower than 10MBps
