Will be handling chat or email concerns if the call queue is not busy
Requirements
With BPO experience of at least 1 year
An agent that has blended account experience (Phone, Email, and Chat) -preferred but not required
Experience in sales, retail, or in upselling is a plus
With Good Communication skills
Willing to work on-site, in Cebu Business Park, Ayala
Willing to work on night shift, shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
