QUALIFICATIONS
College graduate of any 4-year course
No work experience required
Preferably less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Smart and personable
Excellent oral and written communication skills
With good interpersonal skills
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
DUTIES
Attends incoming calls and reply messages from client's concern thru messenger, Viber and text messages
Preparation of daily itineraries on both service and consumable deliveries
Service/deliveries monitoring
Prepare daily branch reports
Accept all incoming approved sales quotation and purchase order
Generates copy life availability and sales quotation
Generates and posting of sales invoice, delivery receipt and other warehouse documents
Conduct regular stock inventory and perform daily cycle count
Calculates items average consumption of parts/consumables for request
Sending of warehouse documents to Audit dept
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the manager
