As a Customer Service Representative, you play an important part in keeping our customers happy while also contributing to the growth and success of our company.
As an employee, you are responsible for following and enforcing information security policies and procedures. During your employment you are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal, and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process.
Overview of the position:
Serve as the first point of contact for our rapidly expanding user base
Respond to client calls in a timely and professional way, as dictated by departmental policies and procedures.
Provide our customers with exceptional customer service.
Clarifies the complaint, determines the cause of the issue, explains the issue and provides the best solution to the issue/inquiry by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause of the issue, explaining the issue, and offering the best solution to the issue/inquiry.
Make outbound calls as well as inbound calls.

Delivers world-class service excellence to clients by providing an exceptional phone and customer service experience.
Handles clients' inbound and outbound customer service concerns, which may include general service inquiries, billing and disputes, credit, collections, retentions, mortgage, fraud, telesales, and troubleshooting.
Ensures that customer inbound and outbound phone inquiries are answered efficiently and in a timely manner, while adhering to departmental standards.
Ensures that customers' inquiries and issues are resolved during the call by identifying the main issue and providing the most effective solution to the problem.
Identifies and meets the needs of clients by providing an exceptional client experience
Meet and exceed client-mandated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Exemplifies customer empathy and has the ability to articulate
Possess Business Knowledge - Customer Service, Technology and Analytics
Must have a minimum of 1-2+ years of customer service experience
Digitally savvy and knowledgeable about artificial intelligence
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Working in a call center for at least 6 months is required.
A college diploma is desired but not essential.
Willingness to work weekends and US-based hours
Possesses critical thinking abilities with an emphasis on problem-solving and customer satisfaction
Has excellent verbal, writing, and comprehension abilities
