Customer Service Representative lazada and shopeeOgooda Car Accessories
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok seller platform.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
Knowledgeable in any Car parts & Car Accessories
Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers are essential.
Must have an E-commerce experience.
Willing to work at Banawe, Quezon City and can start ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure accurate and timely alterations on a regular basis (info details and stocks).
Manage the day-to-day activity and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales.
Work closely with different teams (Designer, Warehouse and Tech Team) to ensure all content, products and sales order are accurately processed on both platforms.
Monitors the front-end and back-end of both platforms to ensure all functions are working properly and effectively.
Monitoring, managing, and updating store content such as product listing and inventory updates.
Responsible for customer relationship processing or complaints return and refund process.
