Customer Service RepresentativeAnswer inbound calls from clients receiving Healthrageous services, providing clear information, guidance, and support regarding health and wellness programs, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.Responsibilities:· Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries related to Healthrageous services and programs.· Provide guidance and clarify questions about platform usage, benefits, and available resources.· Identify client needs and offer solutions or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.· Accurately and thoroughly document call details and customer interactions in the CRM system.· Meet established quality standards, response times, and performance metrics.· Deliver professional, empathetic, and culturally appropriate service in both English and Spanish.· Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and support protocols.Requirements and Skills:· Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or phone support (healthcare/wellness sector preferred).· Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.· Basic knowledge of CRM systems and office tools.
